- Good communication skills to assist customers with product issues.
- Ability to document technical solutions and escalate complex cases.
Field Service Technician
- Diploma/ITI in Electronics or related field.
- Hands-on experience repairing or servicing electronic products.
- Willingness to travel to client locations for on-site support.
- Ability to read technical manuals, circuit diagrams, and follow service protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Customer Service Executive
- Graduate in any field (electronics knowledge is a plus).
- Prior experience in call centers, helpdesks, or client servicing preferred.

- Basic knowledge of ticketing/CRM software.
Electronics Quality Assurance Specialist

- 2–4 years of experience in QA/QC for electronics products.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills for detecting product defects.
- Ability to ensure product compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of testing tools, inspection methods, and reporting.
